Questions and answers

Ordering

  • How do I purchase?

    Headboards and shelves can be purchased through Wyndham approved Prefered Service Providers (PSPs). See CONTACT page for PSP providers.

  • What is the lead-time?

    Lead-time is 8-10 weeks after receipt of valid purchase order.

  • Can I cancel or return my order?

    Once an order is placed it cannot be canceled as each order is a custom order.

  • Whom do I contact with further questions?

    Please contact your PSP, contact information shown above.

Choosing images

  • Can I use my own images?

    We have an extensive library of art. Franchisees may not use their own images but can request options in addition to those on our website through Wyndham approved Designated Service Providers (PSPs).

  • How many images can I select per property?

    Up to 15 images.

  • Can I mix and match images per sizes?

    Within your 15 each headboards, yes you may mix and match the headboard size options for that image you have selected… i.e. King, Queen, and Full

  • Which image do I use for the Super Graphic (lobby art)?

    The Vintage “Greetings from” image is to be used for the Super Graphic.

  • Will my headboard and Lobby Art images have the Super8 logo?

    Yes, the Super 8 Watermark will be added to each printed image you order.

  • Can I use the headboard without the shelf?

    The headboard and shelf are a package, and must be used together.

  • What are my headboard frame color choices?

    The headboard frame is available in black only.

    The shelf is available in Black or Dark Walnut.

Installation & care

Bathroom Area Artwork Available!

A companion piece for the bathroom wall. It carries the Super 8 watermark like every other printed image, and it is ordered through your Preferred Service Provider alongside your headboards.
